" ***** " Five stars just does not seem like enough to describe Joe's cooking. Joe and his wife Jen catered our rehearsal dinner almost 4 years ago and people are still commenting on how delicious the food was that day! He put thought into each entree and had something for everyone on the buffet line! He and Jen even personally served our guests! We still joke about his "snacky nuggets" (delicious chicken nuggets he used to make for friend gatherings) and how much we miss them! We cannot say enough good things about Joey Joe's (as we call him) cooking and must admit we miss having them around not just for their friendship, but for the delicious treats as well! We love you guys!

" ***** " I can't say enough about Joe's cooking...it's already been said!!! The only thing better than having his cookbook "The Peak", is having Joe do the cooking for you. Everything he makes is delicious and so creative, you can tell he enjoys what he does. He takes the time to make meals special and yummy. I sure do miss it..and you too!!!

"***** " Joe cooked Easter dinner for us and about 20 other people. The food was incredible! He had ham, prime rib, pasta, an assortment of vegetables and desserts.But the one thing my kids talk about all the time is his poached pears! They are so good...my kids love them. The buffet was perfect. Joe has a good eye for detail.
Christmas he made the best fillet Mignon. It was cooked just right and it is my favorite!
Then there is New Years Eve and Joe brought his buffalo wings over. My husband said they are the best he's ever eaten! I highly recommend him.

Everything he's cooked I had, I loved!!
I have his cookbook and made a lot from it, all were very good.
He's a wonderful guy too.
I can't say enough wonderful things about Joe and his cooking.
Him and his wife were leaders at a church group I belonged to.
Anytime we had some kind of event, the food he made were sooooo good!!
And I agree with Sandy on cooking every night.
1 time he made Ginger Chicken. OH MY GOODNESS!! I LOVED IT!!
And homemade french fries. I've never had homemade before. They were very yummy also.
CCPCS oh yeah, with Joe cooking, you'll be getting some really good food for sure!!

" ***** " I highly recommend Joe and his food!!! :) I used Joe for a catered breakfast at our Mom's group and it was a huge hit!!! The food was delicious, the communication about details was perfect and the cost was low for all the work he did!! Still wish you lived close by buddy!!! :)

" ***** " Oh my word..., at the MTO ministry we use to look forward for our surprise catering breakfast.... we loved it! it make me miss you guys so much... (of course not just because the food)..when I think of those delicious fruity french toast..Yummy yummy.. or the crockpot breakfast or the beautiful catering buffet you set many times..:-) Uhmmm.. When you coming back to old friendly NJ:-D!
